Develops, implements, directs and coordinates all compensations and benefits policies, procedures and programs. Ensures they are competitive, cost-effective, clearly communicated and in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Advises senior management of budgetary and financial impact of programs and polices. Coordinates HRIS activities and oversees internal and external website content with regard to compensation and benefits. This leadership role carries with it personal and corporate responsibility to build and sustain a respectful workplace, to be accountable for modeling respectful behavior, recognizing offensive behavior and immediately addressing offensive behavior when exhibited by any employee.
1 Manage compensation programs, including salary administration, job evaluation, job performance, and pay increases. 2 Manage benefits programs, including but not limited to the 403(b) retirement plan, employee welfare plans (health, dental, life, long term disability, and flexible spending accounts), EAP, and 457(b) deferred compensation plan. 3 Manage incentive compensation arrangements approved by the corporation.. 4 Develop and implement benefits, compensation, and HRIS strategies that support the near- and long-term goals of the Corporation. 5 Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations pertinent to compensation, benefits, and data privacy. 6 Manage the daily activities and performance of four staff members. 7 Perform other duties as assigned.
1 Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. CCP, CBP, CEBS desirable. 2 Experience: Minimum 10 years’ related experience. 3 Skills: Microsoft Office; excellent oral and written communication skills and managerial skills.
