This is a contract to hire position.  You will:

Own and drive the recruiting strategy and results for the business units and shared service functions throughout the respective organizations;

Exhibit passion for and possess substantive experience leading all facets of recruiting beginning with internal role and job clarity, to sourcing candidate leads, identifying, screening, interviewing and closing candidates in a highly competitive marketplace through persuasive communication skills and effective use of behavioral-targeted marketing techniques;

Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the organizations cultivating an active, inclusive team environment leading to a deep understanding of each respective company’s culture, operations, business strategies and work requirements;

Provide strategic insight and input to continually evolve the effective use of defined metrics for recruiting and provide timely, accurate and meaningful measurement tools to effectively gauge
