The HR SOURCE has been selected to provide Expert Professional Recruitment services for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey during 2012 – 2015. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with the Port Authority again” say HR SOURCE President/CEO, Pat Hall Jaynes.
The HR SOURCE will offer 2 hands-on compensation courses as part of it’s compensation series for HR professionals. Led by certified compensation professional, Dora Daniel, this series will provide all the tools required to develop an organization’s compensation structure. “This series provides a wealth of compensation knowledge at a reasonable price”, says HR SOURCE founder and CEO, Pat Hall Jaynes.
The HR SOURCE was awarded a one year contract with four option years with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to provide Human Resources support services. Under this contract, The HR SOURCE will provide support for a range of responsibilities relating to the disciplinary and adverse action functions for allegations of employee misconduct.

The HR SOURCE was awarded a 1 year contract with the Department of the Navy’s Customer Service Division, Human Resources Department at the Naval Weapons Station in Seal Beach, California. Under this contract, The HR SOURCE will provide human resources advisory services for a multitude of commands and major components with diverse missions and requirements as well as various labor organizations. Services provided will include staffing, classification, labor and employee relations and training.
“After having worked with the US Coast Guard and the Air Force, we are excited to add the Navy to our list of military contract awards”, says Pat Hall Jaynes, HR SOURCE founder and CEO.
The HR SOURCE along with it’s subcontracting partners Serco, Inc and MBACSi have been awarded a blanket purchase order (BPA) to provide human resources consulting and support services to the Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. The scope of the 5 year, multi-award, up to $13.5 million dollar contract includes human resources general support services for HR process improvement, strategic human capital planning, policy development, workforce planning and other human resource consulting and support services.
